Refunds & Returns Policy

At Pure Present, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns policy in compliance with UK eCommerce legislation.
1. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
2. How to Return Items
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at help@purepresent.co.uk to notify us of your return.
- Provide your order number.
- While you don’t have to tell us the reason, if you’d like to let us know we can use this feedback to help other customers.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
